JEWELRY RING SIZING & REPAIRS

If you should have jewelry that you would like to have repaired or sized, you will need to contact CK Jewelers via email (christakark@gmail.com)  with details regarding what services you’re inquiring about. Depending on the work needed, this can vary in price.  This is not a guarantee that CK Jewelers will handle the sizing or repair.  You may also take it to your local jeweler for sizing/repairs.

PROCESSING FEES

There is a $50 replacement fee for lost Imagem gem certifications, if one can be retrieved.

Un-deliverable, unclaimed or refused items due to account negligence/absence or incorrect account information will be subject to a $50.00 refusal fee. Fedex does not give our company discounts on return shipments and so the return shipment cost will typically be significantly more than the original fee charged by our company.  If account wishes for the item(s) to be re-shipped, they will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus additional charges to cover all labor(s) and loss(s) of materials used during scheduled production. CK Jewelers  will give you an updated invoice regarding the charges. Charges are at the discretion of CK Jewelers.
