Shipping policy

We do our very best to accommodate our customers' special dates (engagements, anniversary, birthdays, etc.).   If you need your item by a certain date, please request it during checkout. 

If you need a guarantee that the item will arrive on time, please make sure we are aware at the time of ordering. The manufacturing of some items is of a complex nature that cannot be rushed. 

There will be an additional fee for overnight shipping.

All shipping & all handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping & all handling charges, including state taxes will be included in the grand total.

Shipping upgrade fees are not refundable.

If the package is undeliverable, unclaimed or refused due to account negligence, absence or incorrect account information by the customer, should Fed and/or the Post Office tries to deliver it, there will be a $50 refusal fee.  FedEx and/or the Post Office does not give our company discounts on return shipments and so the return shipment cost will typically be significantly more than the original shipping fee charged by our or their company.  

If a customer wishes for the item to be re-shipped, they will be responsible for all charges to cover all labor and/or loss of materials used during scheduled production. CK Jewelers will give you an updated invoice regarding the charges.  Charges are at the discretion of CK Jewelers.
