Refund & return policy

All finished and non-finished items are non-returnable and non-refundable.  Finished and non-finished items include items which have been polished and set with stones (diamond, moissanite or any type of gemstone).  Finished and non-finished items also include any item which have been adjusted, worn, altered, sized, and polished, etc. 

You are aware that CK Jewelers is not responsible for any lose stones, lose prongs, lost, stolen  or any defective item(s) purchased through CK Jewelers.  All items, once received will be inspected by the choice of CK Jewelers for content, quality and damages prior to the customer receiving said item(s).  Once the item(s) has been inspected and if confirmed, it is up to the discretion of CK Jewelers if the item(s) may be exchanged, returned and/or refunded.  If said items should be exchanged, returned or refunded, this will be done so in writing and signed by both seller and buyer.

If you should purchase any style of jewelry and the stones are of Moissanite, all Moissanite jewels are accompanied by Certificate of Authenticity.   If something should happen to any moissanite stone(s), you must contact CK Jewelers immediately for further instructions.  This will also be followed up in writing. 

If you should purchase any style of jewelry and the stones are of diamond, gemstone or any other kind of stone, you must contact CK Jewelers immediately for further instructions.  This will also be followed up in writing.

No Warrany Available.

A Bill of Sale will be provided and implies no warranties are available from the Seller.  The aforementioned property being sold under the Bill of Sale is on an “AS-IS” basis and any known or unknown defects shall be the sold liability of the Buyer.  

CK Jewelers will do our best for you to be able to purchase a replacement stone at a much lower cost and/or possibly a free replacement, along with possible free repair.  Each situation is different.  This is at the discretion of CK Jewelers and will be followed up in writing.
